I, hereby acknowledge and agree that my participation in the Tortillaz Beach Games involves certain risks and hazards. In consideration of being allowed to participate in these activities, I agree to the following terms:
1. I am fully aware of and understand the nature of the activities involved in the Tortillaz Beach Games, which may include, but are not limited to, beach sports, water activities, and physical challenges.
2. I acknowledge that these activities may involve inherent risks, including the risk of injury, and I willingly and knowingly assume all such risks.
3. I hereby release and discharge Holiday Snacks Limited, its affiliates, sponsors, partners, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action that may arise out of, or in connection with, my participation in the Tortillaz Beach Games.
4. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Holiday Snacks Limited from any loss, liability, damage, or cost that may incur as a result of my participation in these activities.
5. I consent to the use of any photographs, videos, or other media taken during the event for promotional purposes by Holiday Snacks Limited.
I have read and fully understand this waiver and release agreement. I am aware that by checking "I Agree" to this agreement, I am giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue.
